WHAT IS ROOMING ACCOMMODATION?
Rooming Accommodation, also referred to as rooming, rooming homes or rooming houses are homes that have five (5) separate ‘studios’ under the one roof providing tenants with their own bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchenette.
These days new rooming accommodation properties are high quality homes that provide flexible housing for a range of people – from healthcare and emergency services professionals, to essential workers and single people of all ages.

We have a range of floorplans to suit varying sizes of land. All our floorplans consist of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette and a common area with kitchen and dining. A laundry room and outdoor space / yard are also for the use of all residents.
HOW MUCH RENT DO TENANTS PAY?
Depending on the location, tenants usually pay from $370-$450 for their studio on a minimum 6-month lease agreement. This is inclusive of all outgoings such as power, water, electricity and internet.
